Book Tour Highlight

David singing Rascal Flatts’ “God Bless the Broken Road” at Salt Lake City’s book signing event yesterday (thanks, Joymus and Burkey, for posting links to this video):

He really spoils his fans doesn’t he? 🙂

  1. I’m not familiar with this song but David sounds glorious. Rexburg is in for a real treat if he performs this, “Lean On Me” and “Maybe I’m Amazed” at his upcoming concert.

  2. There’s a keyboard already set up for today’s book signing & singing event.

If I see a youtube of whatever he sings today I’ll post it over in Gush, Drool, and Update thread instead of here.

Yes, he really does spoil his fans. Not very many artists can perform at the drop of a hat a capella.

    • I still don’t have my book yet from Bookends, NJ. I sent them an email yesterday and got a prompt response:

“Books are being shipped via UPS….and started going out on June 2nd..We have a lot of orders so please be patient.”

Oh well……I’ll just have to be patient I guess 😉

    • Burkey…what is the Gush, Drool & Update thread? LOL

      • HG has started a thread for videos/pictures/etc

Reload SoulDavid & look on the right under “David News & Events”

  3. This pic shows Kendra (3rd from left, blue graphic t-shirt) and David’s grandfather, Papi Wil (argyle sweater, immediate left of David).

  4. Oh David. You are so funny.

Here’s what he signed for someone who wasn’t too keen on reading COS.

      Oh David! 😆

And he’s right! Of course that person wants to read COS, if they took the time to wait in line for a signed copy.

      • I think a fan asked David to sign the book for their friend 🙂 But in any case, many pessimists that vowed never to read a memoir by a 19-year-old, have enjoyed COS after reading it. David’s positive light, his comforting aura reaches even the most skeptical of souls. “There’s no escaping it” 🙂
